Legal adviser to Element Strata, Practising Solicitor, Notary Public, Chartered Accountant, Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst

Kelvin completed his Master of Law at the University of Sydney, has been practising law in Australia since 2007, and was appointed as a Notary Public back in 2012.

Prior to arriving in Australia, Kelvin has already rose to success in his field and was appointed and has served as the chief investment officer (CIO), chief executive officer (CEO), chief financial officer (CFO) and financial controller of various multi-national corporations / listed companies in Hong Kong.

Kelvin’s area of expertise includes, among other things, property law, strata law, estate and planning, family law, corporations law, funds management, accounting, auditing and finance. Over the years, he has also gained interests in litigation and dispute resolution and has represented various clients in tribunal / court regarding their disputes.

With his extensive expertise in the various areas of law, accounting and finance, together with his vast experience working both as a principal solicitor at his own practice and as senior executive of large multinational corporations, Kelvin is able to assist Element Realty Strata in ensuring that all aspects of law (strata-related in particular) are fully complied with.

Karen holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the University of New South Wales, graduating in 2009. She completed her practical legal training and was admitted as a lawyer in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in October 2011. Additionally, she holds a Certificate IV in Property Services (Operations). Since her admission to Element Realty Strata Division, Karen has focused her career on property law, actively practicing as a solicitor and gaining substantial experience then further her experience in the strata industry.

Karen's legal expertise significantly enhances Element Realty Strata's capacity to manage strata properties effectively. She provides invaluable support in addressing complex legal issues, including defects mediation, NCAT (New South Wales Civil and Administrative Tribunal) proceedings, and compliance. Ceaira is a proud graduate of Curtin University, where she earned a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in marketing and management.

Her commitment and dedication on her day to day role as the strata manager, resolving daily matter on behalf of the strata plan have given her a reputation for delivering results.
