Element Realty Strata is a well-established strata management agency servicing a wide range of properties within Sydney New South Wales.
The agency is jointly owned by two partners; one being a legal practitioner and chartered accountant with over 10 years’ experience in his practice and the other being a builder with over 5 years’ experience in the industry. With the unique and diversified skillset and experience that our executives can offer, it makes us a distinctive agency that offers strata management services in a way that is different from other agencies in the industry. Element Realty Strata currently manages about a thousand strata lots across different property types and services suburbs both within close proximity as well as those of a more remote area.

Leon has always been passionate about the property industry and has been working in the industry for over 15 years.
He first started as a real estate agent with LJ Hooker, one of the well-established real estate agencies in Australia, and has worked his way up of the corporate ladder to become an executive office at the young age of 24.
He is one of the founding members of Element Realty, and has expanded the business over the last 5-10 years to include strata management services in the company’s portfolio. He currently holds licensed qualification in various sectors in the property industry including strata management.
His extensive and well-established experiences include the management of strata, residential, commercial and retail properties; as well as preparation and attending of matters involving the Office of Fair Trading and NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
He is also directly involved with the building industry and has practical experience as a builder thus enabling him to have a better understanding of possible building defects and/or building structural issues.
Leon is responsible for overseeing the proper operation of the agency as well as assisting in complicated matters involving building defects or structural issues.
Steven has been involved in the property industry since 1997, having worked as a property manager for 3 years dealing with strata, residential and commercial properties prior to him joining Element Realty. He has also worked in customer relations at Harvey Norman which required him to possess excellent communication skills and the ability to listen to and understand clients’ needs.
His experiences enable him to work closely and seamlessly with owners, tenants, committees, to understand and deal with job requests. Steven is responsible for overseeing the repairs and maintenance of properties
Outside office, Steven enjoys cooking; he also spends valuable time with his family participating in various sorts of outdoor activities
Yichelle came from a legal background, having been working at a Sydney boutique law firm for 2 years.
Already holding a bachelor degree in Information Services, she strives to improve and is currently enrolled in Bachelor of Law degree study at Sydney City School of Law.
With her experience in the legal industry and her qualification in Information Technology, Yichelle brings to Element Realty a unique skill set that is greatly beneficial to strata property management, especially when the legislation governing strata management is constantly changing and evolving.
Yichelle is responsible for handling financial and legal related matters at the office.
Outside office, Yichelle enjoys reading books and spending time with friends and family.
