Karen (ki yan) Wong

Karen holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the University of New South Wales, graduating in 2009. She completed her practical legal training and was admitted as a lawyer in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in October 2011. Additionally, she holds a Certificate IV in Property Services (Operations). Since her admission to Element Realty Strata Division, Karen has focused her career on property law, actively practicing as a solicitor and gaining substantial experience then further her experience in the strata industry.

She provides invaluable support in addressing complex legal issues, including defects mediation, NCAT (New South Wales Civil and Administrative Tribunal) proceedings, and compliance.
